I love the sturdy construction and the handy liner that just pops off and can be thrown in with the towels to clean. The size is perfect for my ball of sourdough.

The set came with everything needed to complete the art of making sourdough bread. Would have been nice to have some instructions or taking care of the proofing bowl and cloth. Such as how/when to clean, should you flour the bowl/cloth, wash the cloth before use, does the weird smell go away, etc.
