I just used these for the first time, and my bread set up perfectly! Tip- place the liners in a ziplock baggie and place in the freezer to keep them fresh between uses!

Baskets are as stated in description. Three baskets and two liners (one liner fits two bowls) means that i can't use all three bowls at the same time. Baskets really aren't suitable for use without a liner as the material will adhere to dough. Have used these several times and they are the perfect size for a sourdough boule.

How it was shipped: Neatly packed, all three sizes nestled together, like a family of bread-bakers in training. Though I admit, the initial fuzz on the liners gave me a bit of a “What did I sign up for?” moment.First Impression: Lightweight but sturdy, these baskets seemed ready to step up where my flimsy silicone Bannetons couldn’t. After one attempt, I had finally achieved sourdough nirvana: chewy, crusty, perfection.Likes:-Three sizes! Perfect for a range of loaves, from “snack for two” to “brunch for the family.” The size flexibility is a win.--If I were to take a stab at volume, the small is about .75 of a loaf, the medium is about 1 loaf and the large feels like 1.25 loaf, based off of your typical 2-loaves recipe (1000 grams of flour).-They’re incredibly lightweight without feeling flimsy—ideal for handling those hefty dough balls.-The bowls’ covers keep things neat, though they need a pre-use wash to remove some fuzz. And paired with waffle towels? A rustic bakery aesthetic achieved.Dislikes:-Volume details would’ve been handy. I had to do some “dough math” to figure out what each size could hold, which left me playing “guess that loaf size” in the beginning.-Dishwasher is a no-go, so hand brushing is the way forward. Not a huge deal, just a heads-up for my fellow lazy bakers!Recommendation: Sourdough rookies and pros alike, these proofing baskets are worth the dough! With no mess and no fuss, I had a flawless loaf ready to cozy up with homemade soup. If you’re looking to up your bread game, this set will make you feel like an artisanal baker—no five failed loaves required.

Kolnamdinh Bread Proofing Baskets with Liners. My set came with 3 sizes. I cleaned everything first. The liners I ran through the wash and hung dry them to make sure they didn’t shrink. The baskets I quickly hand washed with soap and water. Note that they soak up water, so don’t leave them in the dishwasher or sink basin. This makes sense since their job is to absorb moisture from the dough surface. I dried the baskets in the sun several hours. Maintenance going forward is a dry brush if you rest the dough on top of the basket liners. The bread looks better if you rest the dough directly on the basket. I use the liners to cover the top of the bowl while the dough is resting so I know no pesky flying bugs have snacked on my dough. So far these are working out, so I’m happy with my purchase.

I got the oval shaped because I like to make loafs of sourdough rather than rounds. These work as intended. They each come with a fabric liner but I usually just wet them and sprinkle on rice flour to form a layer of caked on rice flour. This works great for non-stick and when you take the bread out to bake it just sprinkle a little more rice flour on and let it air dry. There are a few staples visible on the top but it shouldn't affect its use at all. There aren't any big gabs between the reeds so I'm happy with it. They nestle together nicely for storage too.

Una opción buena para producción de diferentes tamaños. Importante que en la publicación, coloquen la capacidad de cada banneton en masa.
