Great product! Used lot less flour to prevent sticking to the basket liner and dries quickly. Highly recommend.

When I read the reviews for this product, I thought they sounded too good to be true, but I have been making a lot of sourdough bread lately and my fabric liners were having trouble keeping up with the volume and I needed some help there. I bought these not really expecting a lot, but hoping they would do a good job lining the baskets and allowing the dough to release without sticking. That is exactly what they did. I could not believe it. My dough is a wet dough. I lightly dusted the liners with rice flour and let my dough proof overnight in the fridge. Next day when I went to prepare the loaves for baking, I turned the bannetons over and the formed loaf readily released from the liner. It was great! I am so happy I bought these liners and am thrilled with the ease of the dough release from the form. I am sure this will not be the last time I purchase this product.

I haven’t use it yet. Hope it’s useful. I like the idea that it can be used on round or oval shaped proofing basket or small proofing basket as well as can be used as a cover.

Works great if you don’t have a high hydration loaf, otherwise it sticks to the bread when taking out. They are a decent quality but sometimes when opening the band up my finger will poke a hole in liner.

Great banneton liners, they do the job! The dough does not stick to the liners and they are very adaptable when it comes to size. Great value as well
