I absolutely LOVE this set! I recently took up bread-baking and had little idea what I would need. This kit covers it all (plus some) and everything has worked perfectly! The bannetons make for artisan-looking bread and the tools make the process easy. The orange bowl scraper is my favorite utensil in my kitchen at this point! I would definitely recommend to others.

Great kit. The items are all good quality.The recipe book is a pamphlet. I was expecting more.As a newbie to sourdough, I was expecting more instructions on how to use the tools.You'll need to research the tools and find more recipes, but the items are good quality.

Packaged great, received quickly, and all items in great condition. It also came with a booklet that I wasnt expecting, but am very appreciative for. I havent used these items yet, but will update if anything is sub par. So far so good though!

I ordered this for someone else as a gift but then I had to order a second one for myself because I loved it so much. Everything you need to start your sourdough dreams is in this kit for a great price, great quality, and lots of fun!

I have to say I was very excited about this product. Many many years ago I used to make bread quite often and I wanted to start again and I feel like I want to start at the beginning. I got this product in and some of the stuff looks quite nice and some of it is rather cheap, but my biggest concern was the recipes. I know I could go online and look at recipes but I felt like this should have some really nice recipes in it, and well it’s like they’ve been written by a two-year-old or somebody who doesn’t know how to bake or somebody who doesn’t know the English language or all of the above? And that brings a concern to mind about how good the product actually is because if they can’t pull together a recipe book when they have a product that has to do with baking bread how do they know how to put together products that have to do with baking bread? Do you understand me? Some of it is basic. Anyway, so I’m not thrilled and quite disappointed.

So I ordered this and the first order was stolen so I re-ordered it again and the second time I received it the razors were missing from the lame so I returned it. I was telling a friend about it and I was on the fence about re-purchasing it because of the trouble I had with the first two orders and low and behold, she purchased it for me. So having said that I want to say, I’m very happy with the contents of this beautiful set. I haven’t baked yet, because I just started my sourdough bread making journey so I really can’t review the efficiency of the products but I can say it is certainly a very complete set, and seems to have everything I will need to bake my first loaf of bread with the exception of a silicone strap to put under my loaf of bread while it’s baking. In any event, I highly recommend this product for all that is included in the set.

It is my first one so I don’t have others to compare it to. It does feel like the items are well made. The little booklet they included was nicely done with thick paper. Not flimsy. Everything was put together nicely and I am very happy with it.

I finally put this kit to use yesterday and I have to say, for an ametuer home cook, this kit is great. I've been wanting to make homemade sourdough bread for a long time and never had the right tools to do so. I purchased this kit after looking at MANY and found this one to offer the most for your money. It did the job!
