Everything arrived in good clean condition without missing items; the quality is what I’d say is good for $20! Love the measuring cups and spoons that came with it also.

Pretty good beginners set! I love the metal scraper !!! And the cleaning brush my only quam is my banneton liner it had a few loose strands of stiching on the seem in the center.i just use a poured tea towel

This product is good and not flimsy. Basket is build good. The blades are little flimsy but I suppose the blades are like that only. I ordered single basket and it is enough for our needs for family of 4. It is easy to proof the bread now. Overall good purchase.

I just got my bread proofing basket last week and was very excited to experiment with it. It’s a fuss free simple kit. And for a family of 4, the bread basket is just the perfect size. What I love about this kit is they can be used individually as well as a part of the kit. I used the fermentation cloth to also sprout moong as well. And the quality of each of those individual items for the price almost pays for itself. I am yet to figure out how to use some of the accessories that came along with it like the blades. But all in all great quality, easy to clean and good bang for your buck!

First off, the Banneton basket is 9-inches and NOT 9-ft, as stated on the product page. That is a relief because I cant afford a 9-ft oven, LOL.This is a classic round Banneton basket and twenty accessories. The accessories included a small Danish whisk, bread lame and additional blades, a protective cover for the lame, a metal scraper, a plastic scraper, a cloth clover for the basket, a set of measuring cups and spoons, stickers (for unknown reasons to me), and a brush.Some the accessories are a bit underwhelming like; the lame is ok, but the blades are thin and brittle. The will break on you with ease. The other things are the measuring cups and spoons are a bit Hokie or wonky. The cups are made of silicone and collapse, I am guessing for the minimalist. They are a bit harder to clean too. The measuring spoons are just not for me. I will probably give them to my granddaughter for her tea parties.My 5-star rating is for the think I find useful and does not cover some of the accessories.
