You get so many good proofing baskets for cheap and you get all the tools. They all work perfectly and love how you get all of them in one kit.

This set is perfect ! The quality is fantastic, and it comes with all the tools you need—plus some extras linen, which was a great bonus. I wasn’t expecting the tiny little basket (I didn’t even notice it when I purchased), but I love it so much! No bad smell and if you proof correctly (rice flour), the dough doesn't stick. Having multiple basket sizes is super convenient!

After a three-week journey of trial and error with my sourdough starter, I’ve finally figured out how to properly use this banneton proofing basket, and I’m thrilled to share my experience.Learning Curve - Worth the PersistenceInitially, I struggled quite a bit with this basket. I was incorrectly placing the fabric liner inside and trying to proof my dough directly on it, which led to multiple failed attempts and frustrating results. I also wasn’t using the right type of flour for dusting, which created more problems.The Right Technique Makes All the DifferenceAfter doing deeper research and experiencing several failures, I discovered the proper technique: 1. Use the fabric as a topper/cover when proofing the dough in the basket (not as a liner) 2. Lightly spray the basket with 2-3 sprays of peanut oil using a simple sprayer 3. Sprinkle a small amount of gluten-free/rice flour on the bottom of the basket 4. This prevents the dough from sticking when turning it out for bakingPro Tip for Fellow BakersI’ve learned that gluten-free flour is actually the best for dusting the basket! Regular wheat flour tends to bind and stick, making it difficult to cleanly release the dough when turning it upside down into your baking pan. While I still use regular flour for my actual sourdough starter and bread dough, the gluten-free flour dusting has been a game-changer for the banneton.Overall AssessmentThis basket is a solid tool for serious sourdough bakers, but be prepared for a learning curve. Once you understand how to properly use it (which isn’t immediately obvious), it becomes an essential part of your bread-making arsenal. The included fabric liner serves its purpose well when used correctly as a cover rather than a liner.

This is a wonderful kit, especially for someone beginning to bake and experiment with artisan break baking.The kit has everything needed included in one attractive box - Good to use for myself as well as to order for someone as a gift.The rattan molds appear to be well made and good quality. The kit also includes fitted covers for the molds, an attractive flour whisk, silicone basting brush, brush to remove debris from the bannetons, a lame with extra blades for slicing and getting creative, a metal dough chopper and a plastic scraper. I would have liked to have seen a card or pamphlet included with recipes and descriptions of use for the items. However there is information that can easily be obtained on the website.This would especially be helpful for beginners. I find that the price point is a very good value for this kit.

Love this kit! The different size cold ferment bowls are amazing! They are a good quality material and the cloths work perfectly with them! The scoring knofe and spatual are really easy to use too. This is a perfect gift for anyone getting into sourdough!
