These have revolutionized my breadmaking! I would sometimes struggle with my dough taking too long to rise in a sealed environment but then being too dried out in a wooden banneton, but these silicones are a win-win for both departments! I now can lightly coat a banneton with oil and put it in a sealed container with the dough, giving the starter enough ridges with which to provide aeration while also keeping the hydration content even enough to have a fluffy and flavorful loaf! I appreciate the set of 4 as I usually cook 3-5 loaves in a week for my massive family and friend group, so the affordability and amazingness of this system has definitely made me a supporter for life! These hold up well in my dishwasher and dry evenly – just ensure they are fully dry before compacting them to prevent moisture from remaining and providing an environment for mold to grow.

Not much more to say. Silicone bowls that are easy to clean and they are non-stick. They are easy to store and are needed for any baker!

Fully collapsible, they look like ridged frisbees when flat, great for saving space.They are quality silicone, having all the properties you'd expect- sturdy, flexible, easy to clean, temperature resistant. There are 4 in the pack, so making multiple batches at once is a breeze.I could even see them being useful as smaller serving bowls, perhaps a nice casserole or fruit salad for thanksgiving tables.
