This kit really has just about everything. A sturdy scraper for the dough, nice baskets with covers, a spatula for your wash and and a nice lame with replacement blades. It seems to be good quality, the shape and the design of the banneton is pretty standard.

This is a great kit for those new to sourdough bread making. It has just about everything you need to make two loaves of bread. The banneton baskets are very well made with no splinters. The basket liners are made of a durable material that should hold up well. The last ones I ordered fell apart after a few uses, but I think these will last quite awhile. I love the dough scraper. I’ve been really needing one of these and I like the wooden handle. The lame works well for scoring bread and the silicone brush can be used for many things besides bread making. All in all, this a quality kit and I highly recommend it.
