I love baking bread and found some tools very useful and others unnecessary.Pro- this package gives you everything you could POSSIBLY need. The banneton, whether from this package or another, is DIFFICULT to clean. The instructions are thorough.Con- As a baker I find using your hands to be the best mixer and to feel the correct temperatures. I found the metal circular mixing device to be unnecessary and just another thing to wash. The non stick mat with size measurements is nice but totally irrelevant when you just put it in the banneton at the end. It could be my learning difficulties but the instructions were difficult to understand and decipher. But once you figure it out the recipe to me rivals "America's Test Kitchen"

Sometimes when you get a starter kit for something you don’t really use everything that comes with it; everything in this kit was super helpful for my first loaf! Highly recommend. I absolutely love the starter jar’s design, and bread scoring was super easy.
