Excellent!!! These are the best bannetons and I’m so glad I have them. I used to use the coiled wood bannetons but I never truly felt like they were clean. These going the dishwasher and fold down to save space while being stored!

My mother-in-law is the bread maker in the family. We gifted this set to her, knowing that she’d put it to the best of use. And so she did. She reciprocated with a sourdough loaf in almost no time at all!She said she loved the kit but that the proofing baskets themselves are the real winners. When pressed about why they were so great, she said that these can be cleaned much more easily than her traditional sets.So, from our perspective, this set is a winner of a gift to the bread maker in your life!

This set is amazing! It’s extremely easy to use ensuring your bread doesn’t stick to the pan anymore. It is especially easy to clean and store since it folds completely flat. The perfect size for my loaves and you can’t beat the value in the set. If you haven’t used a dough wisk before, you’re going to love it!

If you are new to making sourdough bread this is a really nice overall kit to get you started. The silicone makes it nice for not sticking to the bread as it rises. Love the silicon for baking. Makes for super easy clean up.
