For a silicone banneton, it is a good product. The silicone is sturdy and folds for easy storage. I love the color, and it is easy to clean. I left 4 stars instead of 5 because silicone doesn’t absorb the moisture in bread dough like other natural materials and leaves the dough a bit sticky.

Perfect for sourdough. Dough never sticks with minimal rice flour prep. Flexible to ease the dough out... Toss in the dishwasher.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter in law and she loves it! Her dough came out easy, it's easy to clean and also to store would definately order anther one when she's making more bread.

I almost didn't buy it because of a few bad reviews but I'm so glad I bought it anyways, because turns out those bad reviews weren't true in my case! To address them all:-My sourdough dough did not stick to the basket at all.-It was actually SO easy to clean. Literally one rinse got rid of all the flour inside, nothing got stuck and was hard to clean out.-It was extremely easy to collapse and pop open again, I'm not sure why people think it's hard to collapse and open again? So easy!-stayed upright the whole timeThis is so much better than my old wooden one. So much easier to clean which is why I wanted this one. I'm so glad I got it!!

Pros: collapsible storage, lightweight, dishwasher safe, can bake lower-heat items in itCons: maximum heat 446f (many rustic breads require at least 450f), must place on baking sheet to bake in itOverall it’s a nice kit and is good if you need all of the items. Would have given it 5 stars if the maximum heat tolerance was at least 450.

I was looking for smaller proofing baskets and came across this cutie..It fits in the palm of my hand.I’m making personalized homestead baskets for the holidays as gifts.Each basket will have a sourdough loaf. This will be perfect to make that happen.It will be so much better than a massive loaf and have to cut.Will be ordering more
