Not bad! Definitely nice to have and are flexible which is nice. No complaints about functionality, just kinda annoying to clean sometimes. Stuff gets stuck in the ridges

These are great for the price but without the cloth overlay for the proofing baskets, my bread stuck. You can't beat the price and I will just have to use a tea towel on my next batch to prevent sticking.

This is by far the worst thing I have ever bought from Amazon, has ruined every single loaf I have tried to make in it, dough sticks to the so-called nonstick silicone and ruins it every damn time. What a piece of crap.

I’ve been looking for a sustainable bread bowl to bake my sourdough in. This is a great bowl and makes great bread

The “GuanQiao” brand “Silicone Banneton Bread Proofing Baskets, 9 Inch Round & 10 Inch Oval Foldable Sourdough Baking Basket, Complete Set for Bread Making With Essential Tools, Easy to Clean and Storage, Turquoise & Pink” includes a lot of items for $8.We got this set totally for baking (no proofing) and were shocked to find it contained razor blades! I Googled “bread razor blades” so now we know that is a thing. The description mentions “a bread lame with 5 blades”, so that’s my misunderstanding. But also a razor-blade size pouch was included: To put them in? To aid in putting the razors on the tool? No instructions were provided, not even an Ikea-style hieroglyphs/schematics.Okay, non-instructions forgiven, the main point is the bowls. Unfortunately they’re not great. My lovely wife baked versions of buckwheat or plus bran bread in the bowls, a total of four loafs in the two bowls. Our rather decent dishwasher was not able to clean the bowls, not even in the bottom rack, unfolded and unobstructed. Okay, handwash? I was not able to scrub the residue off with a paper towel (see pink bowl image). The product description says “non-stick” at the beginning but later states “spray oil”, I think this is disingenuous. If I might, these bowls are not “foldable”, they are more like “collapsible”. They do leave a neat look texture on the bread. A decent butter/oil brush and a pastry measure/chop tool are included.
