Don’t buy if you want to keep your dough from drying out while cold proofing overnight or longer. Too breathable.

These are great for bread proofing! The quality is excellent and they work very well. It's very convenient to have these in the kitchen.

These 50pcs Disposable Banneton Liner, Non-Stick Bread Proofing Basket Liner and Cover work great! Easy to use! Great addition to my sourdough journey!⭐️ 1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality, or it does not reflect the advertising.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or is not priced where it should be for the product.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable. It has some faults, but the quality is adequate for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable; it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Love these light, disposable covers for bannetons - makes cleanup a breeze. However, they allow too much air in (IMO) to be used as a cover for proofing - I'll stick with my plastic wrap/damp towel.

I use these as basket liners and covers for proofing my sourdough. I like these because I can wash them out by hand and they dry quickly. They fit my larger baskets as well. They are easily removable from the top of proofed dough and dough comes off them well when they are used as liners. Some people also use them as hair nets. I could see how that is possible. Good value for the money.

These banneton liners are great for sourdough loaves that have inclusions, especially ones that are stickier inclusions. I like to use one of these disposable liners and then use a rubber banneton for easier clean up. Technically you could use these for any loaves, but I prefer to use a seasoned cloth banneton for regular loaves. All in all though these are quite handy.
