I didn’t seek these out to use for dough but rather as a way to store design materials for projects. The bright white color and size seemed perfect and they didn’t disappoint. I can pull these out with a client and the materials take center stage in them.They are solidly made and very clean white. I will be getting more as I need them. 🙌

Great containers, fits six 9 ounce balls . The container fits well inside a side by side fridge, which is a plus!

Strong, well made. Perfect for home use. As a former wood-fired pizza restaurant owner, I've been around a lot of proofing boxes. These are actually made better than the commercial Cambro™ proofing boxes. The dough in the picture is a 9.66 oz. dough ball, so you can have a reference to the size of the boxes. Fit and finish is excellent.

As someone who bake allot at home, I often let dough fermenting in the refrigerator for a couple of days.These trays fit perfectly in my refrigerator. Even the long side fits the depth of the shelf so it doesn't take too much shelf space and you can still put stuff on the cover because it is sturdy.Easy to clean and store and cost much less than other brands.

I use these for proofing pizza dough rounds at room temperature as we’ll at overnight in the frig. They fit in our standard depth refrigerator. Plus work great for carrying supplies out side to pizza oven for food preparation.
