The railings seem nice. There were no instructions or the tool to drill the screws for installation. Very disappointed. There is no way to contact the seller live for assistance. Poor quality product because of the missing instructions. That's not professional or a good product.

This railing was easy to install (says my husband) and is very sturdy. The only thing I would say is that I wish the screws were stainless steel as it is now rusting. Otherwise, I’m glad I purchased it.

My father in law moved in with us and this hand rail was perfect for our front steps. We got 2 of them and installed them on the same side. This made it so much easier for him to get in and out of the house on his own. Well made, easy to install(need a drill with a cement bit), and it looks really nice.

Used to replace the front porch railing that finally rusted through. This was a quick, easy & fairly inexpensive fix. Bought 2 & they are doing the job.

The shields are in metric but you need a 7/16 masonry bit. The bolts are poor quality and I snapped off 3 of them while tightening. I ordered another railing for the other side and am going to buy quality bolts. The package also was short the small screws so I had to go and buy some

The aluminum base is somewhat of a question for strength, but if you can secure it to a wall on the top end then that will stabilize it. Also the base was bent in shipping, being aluminum, but was bent back in place for installing. I really like the paint finish and the shape of the hand hold railing. It also had the needed flexibility for the correct angle needed for our installation, many did not.
