I had this installed on 3 wooden stairs leading to my garage and it fits perfectly and was easy to install. I feel much more secure with this rail to hold on to.

Complete kit for installation, but the anchors are junk.The middle bar is too short, and just barely fits in the brackets. The masonry bit is nice and cuts well. The included bit to tighten the nuts is too small and won't fit over them. The small wrench for the nuts can tighten them, but not enough for a solid installation. You will need to use some better tools to tighten the nuts if you want this to last and actually support someone as the railing should.

Toss out the drill bit and hardware. Get some galvanized lag bolts if going into treated wood. Have a helper to assemble. Solid once installed and good looking.

I just had these railings installed and they look great, however one of the plastic end caps is cracked. I’ve tried every customer service option available and I can’t simply get an end cap sent to me. They want me to return the railings! There is no way to speak to a person to make this simple request. I am very frustrated!
