Very well built and sturdy. I believe their 600 lbs load claim after installing these. Well worth the price imo. Comes with stainless hardware for assembling the rails, and 10mm concrete sleeve anchors to attach to the ground. Comes with a 10mm SDS masonry bit, so it won't fit in a standard hammer drill. You won't find a standard masonry bit in 10mm locally, and 3/8' is just a bit too small for the included anchors, so keep that in mind. If you don't have an SDS hammer drill you may be better off just buying a standard 3/8" masonry bit and 3/8" sleeve anchors from the hardware store. Also, it did include a 13mm impact driver bit for tightening the anchors, but the anchor nuts are 14mm! I just used an end wrench without issue. If you're handy, definitely worth the purchase. If not, get someone to help with installation. I didn't get any photos after finishing installing both rails, but they look great.

Edit, 1 OCT:Well, after checking into custom handrail prices, and the others available on Amazon, I decided to have this one modified a bit.What's nice is they supply 2 different Anchors, and provide the tools, and drill bit.Unfortunately, the drill bit broke. But, luckily, the handyman had another one.Now, because of the modifications, and the drill bit, I can't give 5 Stars.Despite excellent construction, and easy assembly, there's not enough tolerance to fit all risers (my problem) :-( Nor, the handrail height adjustment for tall people.From the sidewalk, to the top of the first step, there was a space of an inch, or so, between the vertical support. And, from the top of the first step, to the porch, the space was about 2 inches.

Very well built and ready to install. The supplier included an easy to follow manual and also included tools (drill bits x 2) make the installation easy. What I also liked about this product is the main hand rail as well as a lower one for younger children. I now have two very sturdy handrails (yes, I bought two). Pricing was very reasonable and the parts were packed very well. I would not hesitate to buy this item again should the need arise.

The rail itself is decent quality. Had to buy my own anchors and masonry drill bits for concrete steps. Tried with my impact and would take forever to drill eventually dulling my bit. Easy work with a hammer drill.

We bought this kit to add a railing to our deck. It was easy to put together (2 people) though the instructions could have been more detailed. We installed it on wooden steps, but the masonry but and screws were nice to have. It's been sturdy.

Sitting in rehab with my father, we recognized he would be safest with a handrail to navigate down the one step from the living room to the kitchen. This kit is fairly priced and a good value. I am an average diy’r and had it assembled in minutes- it was very intuitive and included everything needed other than a drill. I expected to have to navigate misdrilled holes, paint in threads, or missing pieces but that was NOT the case-everything was perfect!!! We installed on wood/linoleum floor with the included lag bolts and it is very sturdy. The slightly textured paint provides grip and provides a clean look that will clean up easily. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy again.

These railings arrived in two days and were exactly what we needed for the stairs from our garage into our house. The quality is much better than I expected and they came with absolutely everything I needed to install them other than my cordless drill. The hardware even included anchors and hammer drill bits for hammer drilling into concrete. I used the heavy duty Lag Bolt option to bolt them into the fir garage stair treads. The railings are lightweight,.. but extremely solid. The hardware is very good quality. Overall,... very I'm extremely pleased with the quality and value! Would definitely recommend!
