Make sure to watch the youtube instruction videos to make your life much easier. This was a lot easier to install than I expected and now my ice dispenser is clean again and not gross.

Fit my 2001 Whirlpool perfectly and installed easily! A little expensive for what it is but worth it to not have wet feet or socks because other family members refuse to pick up ice that has fallen in the floor.

I can't get the part on right and missed on clip on the bottom. Now the part slips up and down on the lever you press/lean on with glass to dispense from. I don't know how to remove part from the two sides the clips are already set in without breaking the clips. There were no directions and had to really search got a video online for installation instruction. So to this day (several months later) I still can't get the part fully installed properly. I don't know what to do and hope the seller or Amazon can assist me. Otherwise, it is the exact same ice shute that came with refrigerator at a fraction of the cost it would have been if purchased an OEM. I'll write a follow up comment if seller or Amazon can offer me help with completing my part installation process properly.
