Installation was extremely easy and that was a few months ago. It's going strong and cranking out ice. Can't complain about a thing.

Item arrived broken, no visual damage to box so obvious lack of quality control or care when placing into packaging. Leveling bracket bent so badly that it was facing downward instead of sideways. Water box and end shaft support broken completely off and in two pieces. Had I not been replacing an icemaker that I could scavenge parts from this unit would have been completely useless. Now we'll see if it even works.

This unit installs in a few minutes, and began making ice within hours, it’s very fast and refills the entire ice box within the afternoon after emptying it
