I bought this replacement ice bucket for my WRS321SDHz00 model refrigerator/freezer. While the bucket does slot nicely into place, it does not dispense whole ice cubes despite whatever settings on the dispenser display.Best as I can tell, it appears that the long metal rod that runs under the ice bucket is too short when I compared it to my original broken ice bucket. When you press the button on the front of the freezer to dispense ice, a lever presses down on this rod which in turn opens the flap in the front of the bucket to allow ice to be pushed out. The rod is just long enough that the flap can open halfway, and the ice is chopped up when the mechanism attempts to push ice out and it breaks on the edge of the half open flap.I did try a getting a replacement through Amazon on the assumption this was a one off manufacturing defect, but the 2nd bucket had the exact same problem.If you're simply looking for an ice bucket that will hold your ice and that will allow you to scoop whole ice cubes out with your hands like an unwashed savage, this product will serve your purposes just fine. Otherwise, if you prefer whole ice cubes to be dispensed out of the freezer in a civilized manner, look elsewhere.

It doesn’t wanna feed out ice cubes it shreds all the ice cubes into snowcones!
