Your cart is empty. This remote is a direct replacement for the followings: UC7067, UC7078T, FAN-HD, UC7083T, CHQ7078T and more!
This remote control is designed to separately control your ceiling fan speed and light.
There are 4 buttons (HI,MED,LOW,OFF) to control the speed of the fan and off.
The red indicator on the transmitter will light when one of the 5 buttons is pressed.
Make sure the original receiver model is FAN-28R or FAN-18R, or make sure your original transmitter model is FAN-HD5 or FAN-53T, otherwise the remote control may not match your receiver.
Transmit signal frequency: 303.9, small frequency difference can also match.

I didn't realize when i bought this remote that it needed a 12v battery (included). I programmed the remote to my old remote that still worked (9v battery) and worked immediately. The best part is the signal is so strong i don't need to pick up the remote to turn lights on/off nor the fan controls. I took my old remote apart and cleaned it and replaced with 9v lithium battery and nowhere the performance of this remote! Now the only remaining obstacle is the test of time. Will i be buying another for my living room down the road or cursing this one??? Stay tuned folks.

Read the reviews and learned how to program the remote before I bought it. When it arrived it took me all of 2 minutes to have it programed to the fan. the only problem I had was seeing the pins in the remote and moving them with my fat fingers and a teeny screwdriver I use to tighten my galsses.

The remote is awesome as it operated just like the one I had to replace. The batteries provided with the remote is much smaller than the original 12V square battery that was clunky. Like it alot.

I ordered the model number off the old one. The new one programmed fine but it has no reverse button. I can't reverse my fan now.
