Npt (National pipe thread). casing: 1 in. Galvanized steel pipe. Drain hole: tapped 1/8 in. Npt. Brass nozzle: 3/4 in. Mht (male hose thread). import. Not for use in California and Louisiana.

Simmons 900 series are made in China.Description only gives above ground measurements. This thing is about 6 feet long, including necessary fitting on bottom. Made for for 3 foot water line depth or 2 foot bury and 3 feet above ground, a much more convenient height above ground . Sellers Description was poor and changed to indicate made in China.

I intentionally bought a Simmons because they claim that their products are made in the USA. It's plastered right on their website [...]. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the box. Stamped right on the head casting (The blue part): CHINA I checked the box it came in. Sure enough, "MADE IN CHINA".If I didn't need one of these right now, if I had time to order a different one, I would. Now I'm stuck with this Chinese piece of crap.I am very disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would.
