These bannetons are great! I don't know what I was expecting but I was surprised at the size and quality. They're a little bigger than I thought but the quality is great. The covers are easily washed in the washer and dryer and the baskets just need to air dry and they're as good as new. I like this batard shape better for my sourdough because I seem to get a better rise compared to the boule shaped bannetons.

These work great, but the liners are a bit small. It’s a bit of a hassle to get them on the baskets and they are so tight they can snap off sometimes. They really should be a little more roomy. That said, the baskets themselves are a good size and the liners do wash well. They feel like they will hold up nicely.

Lovely bread baskets. I wish the liner was just a bit bigger so that it could fit closer to the actual basket. I find there's a gap between the liner and the basket itself and the bread can't always expand to the size of the basket.
