I am not the brightest crayon in the box when it comes to mechanical or tech issues. This remote came with some instructions which I thought I had followed (with little success). I requested help. The seller got back to me almost immediately. He walked me through a step I had not done, and it works perfectly! Works great. However thee are so e internal settings. Keep your old remote and match the settings that it had.

My old remote wouldn't turn on lights. New remote had the same switches as old remote. Tryed it one time and lights turned on. I'm so happy , I thought I would have to buy a new fan. My wife says see I told you fix remote so I got a new one and works perfectly.
