I purchased this because sometimes I am only baking for myself and don't want a whole cake. I did the math and this is the perfect size for 1/4 of a standard cake recipe. Bake it for 25-30 minutes.

Un très bon plat pour faire un molly cake, sa hauteur permet au gâteau de monter comme il faut.Se chemise facilement grâce aux bords sans soudures.Pas de revêtement antiadhésif qui a tendance a s enlever sur beaucoup de plat bas de gamme, le plat est intégralement en aluminium anodisé ce qui le rend très résistant.De nombreux gâteaux réalisés avec ce plat il n a pas bougé, attention ne pas le nettoyer avec le grattant de l éponge pour ne pas l altérer.

Habe die ganz kleine 10 cm Durchmesser form bestellt. Ich kleide sie inne mit Backpapier aus um den Kuchen besser raus zu bekommen. Sie ist auch nicht spühlmaschine geeignet. Aber für eine kleine 3 stöckige Hochzeitstorte war das die oberste Etage und hat wunderbar funktioniert. Im Alltag brauch ich sie kaum.
