Use and maintenance:

Very hard to use with fondant because the shape of most of the letters are too close together. Maybe not a good choice when using fondant

The wells for the filling are poorly separated and too small for chocolate and fondant. From a baker’s point of view, they are worthless. Might be better for some other arts and crafts
