Place your new Frost-Proof hydrant in the sleeve and turn from the top.
Fitting is Pre-taped.
Back fill and concrete around sleeve.

This worked great, the lid is split in half and needs to be put together, then slid down before it will work. Make sure you have all the fittings you will need as it just does not slip in, not all situations are the same.
