As described and easy to install. One thing to watch out for us that if this is going into an existing multi-box with a 2 or 3 switches, make sure to use the plate screws that come with the unit not the existing ones as they may be different sizes (my existing ones were too big).Overall I'm pleased with the unit although it wish it came with the fan instead of the cheap handheld remote.

I spent 3 hours trying to get this to pair with my fan since my wife hates the remotes. It never worked and since I waited several months to do the install, it’s a piece of trash now. It never paired, never worked, garbage.

Works like a charm! But I did have to call Mainka Aire to get the model that matches my fan. Different model switches that go with different fans.
