Worked perfectly on my 2005 Hunter fan. This fan originally came with remote and finally found this replacement. Plug and play😊 The receiver went bad years ago.

I had a problem with my ceiling fan and rather than replace the whole thing, I decided to try this. It works great. Easy swap and now we have a remote and dimmer. Very pleased.

After taking the whole fan apart, cleaning it, and finding out the Hunter manual is not useful and that Hunter no longer supports the older fans, I found this. A bit pricey, as you can now replace the fan for about the same cost, I tried it. Easy install, as it goes just above the lightbulbs. Battery in the remote and it has been working for several weeks now.

The receiver was a direct fit and “plug and play” which made the repair quick. The new plug matched the old one. The new receiver did have a short wire antenna that fit inside the existing housing. The controls on the remote work great. It has three fan speeds plus a reverse direction button, and a dimmer for the light that works fine with the LED light bulbs that I already had in the fan.

Oh. My. Gosh.The item description says it is “ plug and play”. This replacement part truly IS plug and play. I followed the simple initialization directions and, WOW!! That was Easy!!

Bought this to replace my 85112-02 Hunter ceiling fan receiver. All I had to do was disconnect the wiring harness and plug in the new receiver. Remote comes programmed to match the receiver, so nothing needs to be done.
