Have a new to me type 99 and the boards said to get this one as it is 7.7. This is a nice tight and after a few passes the barrel is looking very good. Boresanke is a good product that I have used in the past and so is this one. I highly recommend it and would say that you will not regret getting and using this or the other cleaning snakes.
