I recently purchased this kit for my new deck, and it has truly made the project a breeze. The materials were high quality and very sturdy, providing a secure and reliable railing that gives me peace of mind. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the assembly process much simpler than I anticipated. What I particularly liked was the versatility of the kit; it adapted well to my deck's dimensions, and I was able to customize the height and style to fit my preferences. The finished handrail looks fantastic and adds both safety and visual appeal to my outdoor space.Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to build a handrail. It’s a perfect blend of quality, ease of use, and aesthetic appeal that has transformed my deck!

These handrails look very nice. I like the size of the rounded top rail. Assembling them is very easy. The decorative caps for the legs can be taped up so when you are securing them to the ground or your deck, the cap does not get in the way. These rails are sturdy once they are assembled. I recommended these for anyone that needs to add some handrails. These will be a nice addition to any place.

Wow, I can't say enough good things about this set. I needed some new railings for my front porch and this kit came with literally everything I needed besides the drill/driver. It came with mounting hardware for wood and masonry, plus the bits. Instructions and set was very complete so you are able to get both sides installed in under an hour (but you will need a helper). Once installed the hand rail is very secure and stable, no wobbles and can definitely take lots of lateral pressure without excessive flexing.Finish is smooth and even, the included bolts and set screws are color matched so they bend right in (and come with the Allen keys needed as well).Measure the kit to make sure it fits your stairs, be mindful of the drop and any associated code regarding pitch, rail height, etc.

This is a lightweight hand rail designed more for stabilizing and guiding folks who want to look about at the scenery rather than watching their feet, but not really intended for preventing falls if a full size adult grabs onto them when stumbling. I am fairly confident I could bend it if I tried, and I don't weigh 200lbs. Still, it is more stable than the aging wooden railing it's replacing, and installation went quickly. Didn't need the masonry hardware, fortunately (I see some other reviews found that problematic). I think it looks nice for now and hopefully by the time the plastic end caps start to degrade from sunlight, we can find something better.Generally I would say this is a good economic option, friendly for the budget, but not one you'd choose for longevity.

Black iron hand rail installs easily with a little preparation. The parts slide together effortlessly and were easy to install once we got the holes drilled into the cement to screw down the handrail supports. These hand rails were easy to handle; sturdy and light weight. They came packaged well and wrapped securely. The bars themselves are perfect for outdoor longevity and safety! Recommended!

Was easy to install and is solid. I bolted it to wooden steps and is just fine.

I got this to install on the front steps of my parents' house, as they are having a harder time getting around and I'm worried about them falling. The kit is decent for the cost, and even includes a hammer drill SDS bit and anchors in case you are attaching it to masonry.Unfortunately, one measurement they don't explicitly include is the max step height it can accommodate. My parents' steps are 7.5" high, and there isn't quite enough adjustment in the connecting brackets to accommodate this. They would either need to be modified or some kind of shim would need to go under the base, neither of which I felt like doing so I will look for a different solution. I think steps less than 6 3/4" would be fine.

We bought a new house recently and it came with these broken vinyl railings out front so we ordered this to replace it. These are pretty heavy duty and solid. They're easy to assemble though and as long as you have a drill that can handle concrete easy to install. I think they look nice and they are pretty easy to grasp.
