I installed this in the bedroom wall next to the bed. It works great for elder to grap . The quality of this rail is solid, strong, and easy to install. The length is just perfect as a safety bar to hold.

Arrived without middle T connector so the whole unit is useless. I also realized that this MIGHT, maybe, if I'm generous, be 48" long from tip of wall base plate to tip. In no way does this provide an actual 4' of handrail. The metal is super thin, not a heavy pipe like you might expect. I cannot see this thing actually holding up to weight of actual humans.

The 4ft black metal rail installed in 15 minutes with the included hardware. No wobbling even with heavy use. Matte finish blends perfectly with industrial decor.

Got the 6ft length for my mom's hallway. The adjustable brackets allowed custom positioning at her walker height. She feels 100% more secure now.

The 2ft model’s 14-gauge steel tubing holds 400lbs+ easily. Used concrete anchors in my garage workshop – zero movement after 6 months

The quality of the material feels sturdy. Installation was straightforward. It feels comfortable to grip and the surface is slightly frosted to provide some friction. Overall, it's worth the money.

So you'll immediately notice that it's got weight to it and feels extremely durable. I have no doubt that, when properly put together, it'll easily support most people. Unfortunately putting it together offered up some problems. First up, the end pieces don't screw on and face the same direction. You'll have one end facing almost 180 degrees from the other if you tighten both all the way (pic 1). Of course you *want* to tighten both sides as much as possible but you can't so you can get both ends facing the wall. You need to loosen one of them, which makes it inherently less study due to how much of the threading isn't being used which in turn makes it less stable and secure (pic 2). I have no doubt that both ends will mount securely on the wall once anchored and screwed in, but it makes me question the over all stability. Second, the middle piece doesn't properly screw in with the mounting plate (pic 3). I tried everything-- both ends, a different piece, etc., but I couldn't get it anything to screw all the way into it. The problem is with the mounting plate which means it's threads are off. It becomes stuck about half way and takes a great deal of effort to loosen back up (It became "stuck" at the *very* first moment of resistance. So it wasn't like I was over torqueing it or trying to force it. The *instant* it stops turning it's already too late. I had to use WD40 and pliers just to back it out). So just be wary when putting it together and watch out for any resistance. Because of this, all three of the mounting plates won't be flush which means I can't use the middle piece. So now I'm worried that putting weight on it will start to bend the middle too much. Though I think it will be fine and do it's job as long as someone isn't forcing their entire weight down at the middle, I'll always be keeping a close and cautious eye on it.
