Cuts through concrete blocks very nicely. Don't know how durable it will be over time, but first two holes went quick, less than thirty seconds to cut through a standard concrete block. I mounted it on an angle grinder and it was very easy to control. I tried a small one to see how well it works. I will be using it for installing hand rail posts. At least a longer one.

I'm a union tile setter, and I work with lots of stone as well; marble and travertine mostly. Recently I was on a massive mixed use high rise project with over 30 floors of new construction, including 4-star hotel rooms and private residences. Lots and lots of circular cuts taking place in that building, believe me lol.I honestly can't even begin to tell you how many times I would get asked to loan this 5" hole saw out to my coworkers! It really is that good. We needed ~5" cutouts for toilets when setting marble bathroom floors, and also for the shower valves. I was skeptical to order this at first; its not too expensive, but it isn't cheap either. Let me tell you this immediately became my most valuable cutting attachment. I had been using the Rubi hole saws of various sizes for a long time; snf those are sky high in price, plus they don't last forever. In summary: These don't have a name that is known on the jobsite (FACHLICH? Really? lololol c'mon guys we gotta do better w the product names from here on out), but hey I'm not here for the names.I'm here for the tools from Shenzen and Shanghai, with names I can't usually pronounce, that tend to perform the same as the others I'm used to using, and all for half the price. Rubi has just been back kicked by the Green FACHLICH.

This is what you need for cutting a hole in porcelain tile for the shower valve. Much faster than a drill. You just need to be very careful if you are not used to running an angle grinder. Wear heavy gloves, eye and ear protection and a mask for the dust. Be sure to have a firm grip and brace yourself well before you begin. Tip it and start the cut on an angle then work it down to a flat position. You can even enlarge the hole some once you have the cookie cut out. Does a nice job.

This bit worked wonders through porcelain tile. Significantly better cutting than a lot of the cheaper bits I was using so it really was worth the money.

I used this to cut a hole in a tile for a toilet. After the cut, I ran it around the edge of the hole to expand it to six inches. When I was done, everything was covered in dust including me and my mask. I had drawn a circle in black ink to define the hole. in the end, it was perfect. When this tool gets up to 11,000 RPM, the gyroscopic effect is so great that moving the grinder nearly takes it from your hands. If your grinder can handle this tool, you must exercise a ton of care during startup and once it gets up to speed.

Used to cut a hole for a soap dispenser in 1.25 inch granite. Took it slow to keep the bit cool and had no issues at all. Looks like the bit held up just fine and will be doing another soon.
