EVH speakers, what else is there to say. They are basically rebranded Celestion G12M speakers and sound as they should!! Absolutely no complaints!!

I bought this speaker to use with an EVH 5150 III 50 watt EL34 head, I installed in the top in a horizontal 2x12 with a Scumback H 75. It sounds awesome. If you are wondering whether it is worth it to buy the EVH speaker to go with an EVH head, it is definitely worth it. It has the perfect response for this amp, it is smooth with just enough edge. I would like to get get another one, as the H75 has a little bit of harshness in the highs. The EVH speaker just sounds perfect with this amp.

Speaker sounds fantastic! To anyone who is wondering this speaker is rated at 15 Ohms as is stated in the description. Not the typical 16 Ohms. I contacted Celestion tech support and they said no problem whatsoever using for 16 Ohm amp speaker.

In case you didn't know it, the EVH G12 is a Heritage Greenback with an EVH label. The EVH labeled speaker usually sells at a healthy discount compared to the regular Celestion.These speakers have a tight low end, smooth highs and have that classic sound we're all familiar with. Great, great speaker - clean and dirty.
