This unit is a fraction of the cost of most commercial quality convection ovens of similar size. Our first one lasted over 10 years so we didn’t hesitate purchasing another one when the first one finally stopped working.

I ONLY use Cadco ovens in my home and bakery for producing my baked goods. It is great for cooking as well, but I typically use them solely for baking and LOVE them!

I bought this to replace my 17 year old Cadco same size oven that the bearings on the fan finally started screaming too loud on. I used the first one commercially. If I ever build another house I'm putting a pair of these in .

This is by far the best commercial quality oven I have used. I worked in many kitchens and wanted a better oven for personal use. This is it.Good:Control of temp and moistureSpeed of pre-heatSize, (handles virtually any combo cooking)Build qualityEase of use (door and controls)Only one issue. The fan is so powerful that it dislodges or moves certain foods, toppings or ingredients.The fans needs a L-M-H setting. That is it. I'm likely going to see about a fan control even if it voids my warranty, because then it would be just about perfect and a fan speed controller would be easy to add.
