We used this oven in our coffee shop for toasting bagels, heating sandwiches, etc. Worked great. 1/4 sheet pans fit perfectly. But it suddenly stopped heating a little over a year after we bought it. Would cost more to repair than to replace. Disappointed that it died so soon, but liked it enough that we ordered the same one to replace it.

This thing is fantastic. Uses about 1200w when ramping up to temperature. The convection fan allows you to cook food very quickly. Front glass does not get too hot. Love it.
