Great looking product, simple to operate . I don't like the crumbs tray design. Is inside the stove you need to life & title the tray, a lot of time the crumbs slice back inside the stove.

Not manufactured well. I purchased this item less than 2 months ago, used it only few times and it stopped working today! I was generally dissatisfied with this Toshiba toaster oven but was procrastinating on the return process. What a waste of time!I do not recommend this item for the following main reasons:1. It doesn’t heat properly, any setting takes much longer than other brands I ever used.2. It is cheaply made, lost the light cover within the first month and the door squeaks sometimes.3. The slots for the wire rack are too wide making the rack unable to hold a heavy backing dish as well as allowing the rack to fall too easily when sliding it out.4. The crumb tray is not practical. It is a cheap piece of metal placed inconveniently inside allowing for crumbs to stay in oven unlike other model with outside sliding tray.Avoid wasting your time and do not choose this item.

Looks nice and seems to cook food like a toaster oven should. The manual is not complete and the buttons are not that intuitive. The temp. dial has numbers with increments of 100 so you'll be guessing. The most annoying thing is the timer that makes a humming ticking sound. I guess I should have figured that when buying a "mechanical" dial toaster oven.Update 11/11/20: Less than a year and does not heat up above 365 degrees, then drops temp. Submitted warranty claim which was easy and helpful. Spoke to someone immediately and took less than 10 minutes so we'll see.

I purchased this unit in June of 2018. All in all, it worked pretty well. It's very cheap and poorly insulated but it will cook and toast. However, 13 months after I bought it, right after the warranty expired, it stopped baking and would only toast. It also began to SPARK when switching between bake, toast and broil. I contacted Toshiba and they informed me since it had been over a year, there was nothing they could do for me. They weren't particularly apologetic about the issues either. Just "sorry about your luck". If you have to replace it annually, it's really not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it and would go so far as to label it disposable and based on the sparking, concerning.

Analog marvel. Like all small ovens it is Chinese despite the Toshiba moniker. It is basic, but does everything well. I wish it was smaller but smaller ones are kind of crappy, like black and decker. Great value. Glad I didn’t overpay for a breville.

I Love this unit! It cooks very fast and evenly. Easy to clean surfaces, nice bottom tray and racks, recommend cleaning after each use after cooled down. Timer is nice, and can adjust temps, I use the same temp about 350 for all I cook with some shorter times than others. Sides of the oven do get hot as all convection ovens but the handle remains cool. Makes great frozen pizza, fries and vegan burgers. Could use an inside light but not a big deal, not too big for limited space. Best unit I have had over the years, highly recommended.
