I like this product for the efficient cooking time as well as the inside light. The oven is larger than my previous De’Longhi oven, but it holds more and cooks faster. There are several easy-to-use functions in this perfect countertop convection oven.

I’ve had a small convection oven for over 40 years my first one lasted 35 years and I got spoiled was made in France it was absolutely fabulous and it finally died. So I’ve bought two other cents and they were all crap. This DeLonghi is equal or not better to my first one it is an absolutely fantastic little convection air fryer toaster oven but it’s not a toaster oven it’s an actualActual mini oven absolutely fabulous.

Totally worth the money I paid for it... I think I got it slightly on sale. It was worth spending the extra dollars on a name brand with superior technology. I can fit pretty much anything I need living in a small bachelor, and amazingly this oven manages to cook everything about twice as fast as the instructions which is amazing. Likewise with the convention setting (pretty much all I use) everything is cooked well and evenly. Pizza is excellent out of this device and can fit most store bought pizza which is an important factor because before this oven I was having to cut some pizzas before cooking (not easy when it’s frozen). Really the perfect device if you’re in a situation where you need a real oven in a small place or even a secondary oven in a large kitchen. I plan to buy a special metal rack so I can keep my 2 burner plate raised a few inches above the stove (you wouldn’t want to keep anything on top of this directly as it will get hot and likely melt whatever you put there) ... so more or less in the end I got a great high-end system set up that’s perfect for me, in a very tiny set up which is perfect for my small bachelor. So far I’ve saved a ton on take-out and have been learning to cook healthier. Don’t hesitate to buy even at full price! Stay away from the cheaper brands as they are not built to the same standards.

This oven is ok. QUality isn't as good as Breville. But design is better. However there is some noize coming inside the oven each time after i finish using it. Ithink it is probably something cooling down but it had never happend to my other Ovens before. I just hope it lasts longer

This is an amazing sturdy well made convection oven. It cooks evenly and everything we have made in it so far has been perfect. This has replaced our kitchen stove which we only used about once a year anyway. It's far superior to any toaster oven I have ever had. That being said, it really doesn't toast that well!! Don't purchase this oven for toasting though as it is meant for serious cooking. If you just want to heat and toast, purchase the cheaper version.

I purchased this toaster convection oven based upon a lot of research and after reading many, many reviews. I bought this in February of 2018. It has been in regular use daily since then. I have used it for toast, pizzas, casseroles, etc. I like it often over the microwave because of the crisper texture to foods. The pizza function is pretty accurate. It even comes with a nice round pizza pan. I do find the controls to be quirky tho. The toast function is almost never as I want it- so I usually punch the bread thru 1 1/2 to 2 cycles @ 5 min each. The oven is adequate for cooking small dishes and the temperature control is accurate. However, I have to turn the temp down on most recipes because things cook pretty fast in the small space. I don't care for the scroll feature that dials to various preset functions. I would like more flexibility in setting the toast to light, med and dark, and also the ability to opt out of a preset to manually control it. You can do that kind of by adjusting the temp and time once a preset is chosen and started.Now I will explain why it would get 0 stars if it was possible. It blinked, beeped and died the other day. I checked several outlets with it and it is dead, dead, dead. No lights, no start-up, no power it seems. Something fried. I called the service number on the Delonghi website and there is no support after the one year warranty expires. They don't even sell replacement parts for these. At all. They gave me a number for an authorized service center in California and they require me to mail the whole thing to them at my expense and who knows how much it will cost to fix it - if it is even fixable. I am kind of handy so I might open it up to see if I can find any obvious reasons for the crap out. At this point, my expensive counter oven is getting closer to a landfill which is very, very unfortunate. It is only 22 months old which means it has cost me about $14 a month to use. I have had several of these kind of appliances through the years and all have been in service for many years. The most recent one I gave away when I bought this one is still going - I gave it to a family member. Wish I still had my $300 in my wallet and my old one back. The worst part of this is not having the option to repair it reasonably. I intend to check with some local small appliance repair businesses to see what they think because I just can't justify mailing it anywhere without a firm idea of the cost involved in bringing it back to life. I guess the moral of my story is to buy the square trade back up warranty if you want protection from a circumstance like mine. So I went to Walmart and bought the $25 cheapie toaster oven. I have lost faith in buying anything like this oven again. It is a big ouch.

I have searched hi and low on Amazon for the perfect toaster oven. I read through thousands of reviews and this one I came across while searching. It took me some time to figure it out, but once I did I admit that it does a good job at cooking. It has different food features programmed like Pizza, chicken and few other that take the guess work out of it. And I love how it has the convection option too. Food comes out delicious. I have had it for over a month now and no complaints so far. I will have to update at a later time, but for now I love it!!

Best little oven I’ve ever owned. I was looking for an oven that didn’t get hot on the outside as it would be sitting next to a wooden cupboard side. This oven works perfect, has numerous settings including broil, bake, convection, toast, grill, defrost, pizza, cookies and keep warm. I’ve owned it for a year now and have absolutely not one complaint.

First off, this thing is loud. The first time if beeped when my toast was done I thought the smoke detector was going off. Measured one foot away, the oven beeps at 76db. The oven can easily be heard at the other end of the house making it a bit of a issue for those 3am avacado toasts. The unit also beeps a lot and for uncomfortably long. When stopping the unit, it beeps continuously for three seconds. Just think about that for a second. Every morning of every day, as my roommates make their toast constant beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepppp.This is also the only toaster oven I've encountered in my life that has 'software' bugs. If you change the cook time before the unit is done preheating, it will just revert back to 1 hour which is quite problematic.Overall, it does a great job at cooking, but the buggy controls and excessively loud beeping make me regret buying this unit.
