We love this toaster oven. We had one just like it for about 6 years when the display started to not work. We wanted one just like it and glad that we found one. We use it everyday! It toasts well and the bake function works great too!

I've had one of these for a long time and I overall like it but one feature that's just plain stupid is that the crumb tray does not have enough clearance when you slide it out to let you pull out any drips of melted cheese or substantial crumbs. It all just gets skimmed off back into the appliance. So unnecessary not to have a little more height in that opening. The inside will stay dirty unless you work to get the stuff out after pulling out the tray (that's supposed to help you clean it in the first place). Dumb!
