1 x 9-inch round proofing basket
1 x 10-inch oval proofing basket
1 x dough whisk
1 x dough scraper
2 x linen liner cloth

FIRST TIME USE INSTRUCTIONS:
Before first use, you would need to hand wash it with water (do not use soap) and let it dry completely.
You don't need to wash them after each use. Once you've put your sourdough in the oven to bake, you can just turn the banneton upside down and gently pat off any excess flour. You can also use the cleaning brush to easily dislodge the flour.
However, if you have a heavy build-up of flour or have some sticky dough on it, you can rinse it under cold water and use the cleaning brush to clean the excess dough and flour. Make sure to leave it somewhere warm, with good air circulation to allow the basket to fully dry out.

Loving everything in this set so far. The Lame is awesome and gave my sourdough the most perfect ear. I like the scraper but i thought it would be more flexible. The proofing baskets are awesome and its super easy to clean off the flour with the brush they provide. Awesome purchase.

I actually haven’t had a chance to bake bread this week but I really like the quality of this bread proofing basket set. I’ve wanted a Banneton bowl for a while and love that the set included the whisk, scraper and lame. It’s a great deal for the price.

Although I wish that both proofing baskets were oval as I rarely make a round bread, these PITCH PULSE Bread Proofing Basket Set, 23cm Round + 25cm Oval Bannetons are very well made. The accessories are a gem and have proven very useful. No regrets!

Only leaving 4 stars because the dough lame (slasher) is less than stellar. However, the bannetons are fabulous! They’re big enough to produced quite reasonably sized loaves and seem durable. I love the bench scraper/dough cutter way more than anticipated and it’s taken my doughs to the next level. Excellent value for what you get, but a sharpened knife is better than the lame.
