Happy to see how complete the set is. Instruction book seems very thorough and I have my starter going. The enamel pot is quite disappointing. Extremely light gauge and the enamel was chipped off in big patches both inside and out from the shipping. That piece looks to be a throw away.

This kit is literally everything you need besides ingredients. The only reason for 4 stars is that the mat that comes with it is so soft you can't really use the bench scraper on it without snagging it. So i just use my countertop. Otherwise, every other tool is top notch and I would totally buy it again.

I love it, it has absolutely everything I could want or need as a sourdough beginner, and it's such a good price for everything that's included in the kit.

I purchased this package when I was first starting my Sourdough journey! So far it has been perfectly. I’ve had everything I needed. My only gripe is I wish the lot was bigger for bigger loafs! Otherwise great deal!
