Mine arrived slightly damaged because the blade was improperly installed backwards. I requested an exchange and the seller was going to make me pay return shipping and arguing that it wasn’t their fault. I contacted Amazon customer service and got a refund and got to keep it. Works fairly well for the price. Tears some thicker paper instead of cutting it.

The plastic that holds the paper moves around. The paper gets stuck on the screws that hold it together. The cost is the best part.
