I love the variety of cutting blades and they make good clean cuts, however, I only gave it four stars because the measurements on the swing-out arms are metric!!! America uses the Imperial measurement system, so this is going to be a real pain to measure paper for cutting. I didn't see anywhere in the description that it states the measurements are metric or I would have thought twice before I spent the money.

No instructions it buckles the paper when it starts to cut
