Worked exactly what my goal was. I wanted a 1/8 inch overhang of the new Formica I installed on a countertop. The bit left a perfect edge for the ceramic tile to go under that was installed on the front face.Beautiful finish because of this tool

I looked a long time for an "inverse rabbit" bit where the bearing is larger than the cutter. This one works great and produces a precise 3/16 lip for sinks with vertical walls. I was installing a Kohler Caxton sink, which has a curved (not straight) wall and it causes this bit to leave about a 1/4 inch lip. I was concerned about using the Freud Freud 85-275 because it is intended to make a 1/8" lip but with the curved profile of a bowl shaped sink, the Freud ended up leaving a 3/16 lip so I ended up using it for the Caxton. I'll surely use this one for sinks with straight sides though.

Worked perfectly for a sink cut out. the bearing will scratch porcelain though. Cut perfectly through 3/4" lumber.

On first use the bearing got hot and uncrewed from the bit and the cutter ruined the work.
