It cuts 6061 aluminum like butter. Nice little chips. Leaves smooth surface.

I mounted this in a cheap router table, and it's served me very well. The beveled edge this puts on homemade alloy brackets gives them a much more professional, finished appearance. It leaves minor chatter marks that need to be dressed out, but that's a hardly a criticism given how quickly and easily this works.

Product dulled surprisingly quick. I was chamfering brass not al. so maybe its my fault...
