Ich habe das ABUS Iven Chain 8210 Chain Lock für mein Fahrrad gekauft und bin wirklich zufrieden damit. Die Kette ist super robust und bietet ein gutes Gefühl der Sicherheit. Sie ist relativ leicht im Vergleich zu anderen Ketten, was den Transport erleichtert, aber dennoch stark genug, um potenzielle Diebe abzuhalten.Das Schloss selbst ist einfach zu bedienen, und die Qualität ist merklich hoch – es fühlt sich solide an und ist gut verarbeitet. Die Kette ist lang genug, um mein Fahrrad an einem stabilen Gegenstand zu sichern, ohne dass es zu schwierig wird, sie zu verstauen.Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wahl für alle, die auf der Suche nach einem sicheren und praktischen Fahrradschloss sind. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass es einen sehr guten Schutz bietet.

I like the durable covering and that there’s no metal exposed to scratch my bike. I’m not concerned about weight as my use case is not to carry chain.The only drawback is its short length wish they had an option that was 4’ or 5’. I can barely get the chain around my frame and bike rack and even then not the optimally secure point. 3.7’ is just too short even if you want to secure a wheel and bike to an anchor point.Please, please add longer options. Will cost Pennie’s more to add chain links and charge $10 more.

Ottima catena, un po pesante ma sicuramente affidabile. Quando un malintenzionato vede una catena abus passa oltre.. Ho lasciato la bici legata per 3 settimane ad un porta bici in quanto sono stata via, l'ho ritrovata ancora li.. Per tagliare una catena abus come questa ci vuole un flex di quelli buoni. Ha delle maglie molto molto robuste di una forma che rende impossibile tagliarle con la migliore tronchese in circolazione. Me l'aveva consigliata un amico che lavora all'enel dove usano delle tronchesi giganti per lavoro, mi aveva spuegato che una catena a maglie normale la taglia con quelle ma una catena abus ci vuole solo un flex. Perciò la Consiglio. Da considerare che onda circa 3kg.

Abus uses allows which are much lighter but just as effective as the “hardened” steel that brands like Kryptonite use. The fabric mesh covers the entire chain rather than being a sleeve that shifts every time you use it.Love this product but I use it in conjunction with another lock that additionally offers a guarantee against theft.
