Find the distance from the valve core center to the positioning feet.
Installation Steps
Step 1
Remove the hot and cold plug with tool.
Step 2
Remove the handle with Allen Key.
Step 3
loosen the decorative ring by your hands
Step 4
Remove the hexagon nut with a wrench.
Step 5
Take out the old faucet cartridge and replace the new one.
Step 6
Install the hexagon nut, decorative ring, handle and plug step by step. Then finished.

This was purchased as a replacment cartridge for my Bio Bidet FLOW faucet with touch control (not sure the exact model number, but see photos). The OEM cartridge started leaking at the handle and rather than replace the whole faucet, I found youtube videos on how to get this cartridge out. Essentially pop out the temperature circle and use an allen wrench to loosen the setscrew and the handle pulls off. Unthread the stainless trim ring. Mine had a retainer ring I used 90degree needle nose plyers to rotate off. The video also showed using a flat head with a hammer to knock the ring loose.All that being said, the cartridge seal looked the same, as well as the size and positioning tabs. I cleaned the corrosion out and installed this one, no more leaks! However adding the handle back on, it doesn't seem to line up correctly. The white lever looks identical, so I'm not sure if there is a millimeter or something offset in the positioning. Since it was installed and working I didn't remove to compare measurements. I am ok with the offset look of the handle.The bigger issue at hand, with this offset, is that it scrapes against the stainless trim ring when moving the handle between hot/cold. I removed it and sanded/dremeled down inside the handle where it was making contact. No not an issue anymore. The handle also had a bit of play even with the setscrew tightened down, so I shimmed it with a bit of paper towel when reinstalling. Seems to be great for the time being.I added a photo of the part numbers from the OEM cartridge and they match up. Not sure if these get manufactured to different tolerances or what. Overall worth it, if you're willing to do a little work or live with it as is.

This cartridge is a direct replacement for the one in our kitchen faucet. The faucet is a Bio Bidet Bemis flow motion (touch control) model. It was leaking near the handle and this $20 part cured the problem.
