I was worried about size accuracy, so I bought the 1inch and the 1/2inch but they're perfect in size. Used the 1inch to cut through my metal sink and install a new water spigot for the under sink water filter we had recently purchased. As long as you utilize the little bolt on the side properly, you'll have no problem. It did a great job, took one try, I'm happy with it.

I needed to a cut a large cross hole in a five inch steel pipe. I mounted this hole saw in a drill press and it had no trouble cutting the pipe in a very short time. I do recommend using a cutting fluid.

It’s not easy to get a clean cut all the way through with this saw. And the black color comes off on your work.
