On my new Air Venturi Avenger Bullpup 2, They changed the height of the top scope mounting rail. I found that I had to twist my head sideways and downward. This was because I had to now slide my scope so far forward to enable for me to mount my Nikon 3x9x50 scope. The front lens would make contact with the top of my rifle otherwise. This made for a difficult and uncomfortable position to view my target through my scope. So I decided to look for a remedy for my situation. After looking through many scope rings before deciding, I made a move on the Modkin 1". This ended up being a perfect choice. I liked the easy install, the height that allowed for me to slide my large lensed scope back toward my eye where my cheeck naturally wanted to rest and now my vision through my scope really opens up. This made all the difference in my shooting accuracy. Especially at distance. Other things I appreciated in these scope rings was the ability to look through them beneath the scope. Everyone knows visibility is key to hunting and these rings allow for increased vision from top of my rifle. They look to be made strong enough for the long haul. Oh yeah, an added bonus. They were super inexpensive. All I have mentioned above has lead me to rate this product with 5 stars. Your particular needs may differ. But if your situations sounds like mine, this is probably the direction you might want to take for your fix. Go Trump!

The design of these allowed me to mount a 2-6x32 power scope on the top picatinny rail of my .22 Ruger pistol with about 1/4" clearance between the ocular bell and the rear sight. I like that the see through design allows me to still use the iron sights for close in shooting and/or target location. The knob vs Allen screw feature allows me to take the scope on/off in seconds. As for build quality, fit & finish seemed well beyond the price tag.
