I love these gloves. I have hand issues due to 40 plus years of typing and computers. These gloves help protect my hands while working out. They fit well and are very comfortable.

I read the reviews and based on them I brought this glove. It did not fully support my hands and the small was a bit tight. I will return and try the medium. Maybe that may make the difference.

After several months use with a "heavy" bag, the gloves are still like new. Or maybe I didn't work out that hard. Anyhow, they are holding up well, fits well, comfortable, exactly what I expected.

I am an adult with very small hands. My palm width measured between 2.75-3” depending on how much I spread my fingers. I ordered a size small and they fit perfectly. The gloves have protected my hands well during martial arts.

I'm sure these are not professional grade, but I'm not a professional. But I have bought a lot of gloves for fitness use over the years, and even the "good" brands tend to show their weaknesses after just a few uses. It starts with stitches popping, or seams separating, or just a bad fit. But after a week of pounding out my existential frustrations about middle age out on a 100lb bag bolted to the lintel in my garage, these things show absolutely no signs of insufficiency for the task. They offer very good protection to the knuckles, while still allowing you to use for fingers such as to take the cap off your water bottle or tie your shoes. They are a great set of gloves.
